Minerva in Scandinavia was set up in 1995. Our background includes long, in-depth experience within the manufacturing industry. Right from the start we were very much aware that the success of our business depended on a strong company culture that allows space for individual employee development. Customer satisfaction and loyalty is a natural consequence of this.

With this as our basis and combined with our moral values stating that a deal is a deal and that the quality of our work has to be undisputed, it makes Minerva a soundly-based international company with focus on consulting, implementation, and information technology.   Minerva offers consulting and advanced IT solutions for manufacturing businesses. The areas of business include consulting, implementations and IT services with focus on disciplines as organization development, ERP, flow production, and SCM.
